Billing & Subscription Terms

Effective date: 2026-06-02

1) What these terms cover

These terms apply to purchases on propgo.club, including subscriptions (auto-renewing or fixed-term) and any one-time purchases. The specific price, billing interval, and renewal settings you agree to are shown at checkout and in your receipt.

Unless the checkout page clearly states that a purchase is a subscription or includes auto-renewal, it is treated as a one-time charge.

2) Pricing, currency, and taxes

3) Subscriptions and auto-renewal

If you purchase a subscription, it bills at the interval disclosed at checkout (e.g., monthly or annually). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate (plus applicable taxes) unless you cancel before the renewal date. Your renewal date and billing amount are available in your account (if provided) and/or your payment receipt.

4) Free trials and introductory offers (if offered)

If a free trial or discounted introductory period is offered, the trial/intro length, the price after it ends, and the date your first post-trial charge will occur are shown at signup/checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial/intro ends, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the disclosed amount (plus applicable taxes).

5) How to cancel

  1. If available, cancel in your account settings on propgo.club.
  2. If you cannot access your account or do not see a cancellation option, email [email protected] from the email associated with your account and request cancellation.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout. You remain responsible for charges incurred before the cancellation takes effect.

6) Refunds and proration

Fees are generally non-refundable and we do not typically provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable Canadian law or where explicitly stated at checkout or in a written agreement with you.

7) Payment authorization, failed payments, and changes
