Terms of Service

1) Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.

2) Purchases, delivery, and taxes

Templates are digital goods delivered electronically. Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We may update pricing and availability at any time. Refunds, if any, are provided only as required by applicable law and/or our posted refund policy (if available).

3) License to use Templates

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the product description, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Templates for your internal or personal/business use. You may edit Templates for your own use.

• No resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or making Templates available to others (including posting, sharing, or selling as-is or as a competing library).
• No use of our Templates or brand to imply endorsement, certification, or affiliation where none exists.
• We retain all intellectual property rights not expressly granted.

4) Prohibited uses (misrepresentation and harmful content)

You may not use the Site or Templates to engage in deception, fraud, or other unlawful or harmful activity. Prohibited uses include:

• Creating or presenting false, misleading, or fabricated documents, statements, or records (including for identity, income, assets, proof-of-funds, or eligibility claims).
• Impersonation, phishing, social engineering, or attempts to obtain confidential information.
• Content that is illegal in Canada or your jurisdiction, including content that promotes violence, hate, or exploitation.
• Interfering with the Site (e.g., scraping, reverse engineering, malware, or circumvention of access controls).

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or creating undue risk.

5) Your responsibility for legal compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Site and Templates complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party requirements (including consumer protection, advertising/marketing rules, privacy, and industry-specific rules). Templates are provided for general informational/organizational purposes and are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

6) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or Templates at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site; changes apply from the effective date shown. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Templates are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Propgo Club Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

8) Disputes, governing law, and venue

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. Unless prohibited by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, for disputes arising out of these Terms or the Site.
