Refunds & Cancellations

This policy explains when you may cancel and when we may issue a refund for digital products and online services offered by Propgo Club Inc. (“Propgo Club,” “we,” “us”). It is intended for customers in Canada and is subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
1) Digital products & access
Our products may include downloadable files, streamed content, and access to members-only tools or libraries (“Digital Products”). Because Digital Products are delivered immediately and can be copied, all sales are final once access is granted, a download starts, or content is accessed, except where required by law or where we determine a refund is appropriate under Section 3.
2) Cancellations (subscriptions or recurring plans)
- You can cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings (if available) or by emailing us.
- Unless stated otherwise at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written offer.
3) When we may approve a refund
We may approve a refund, credit, or replacement at our discretion for situations such as:
- Duplicate billing or clear payment processing errors.
- Unauthorized transactions (after reasonable verification and subject to payment provider rules).
- Material technical issues that prevent access to a paid Digital Product and that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time.
- Other cases where a refund is required by applicable law.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Taxes (including GST/HST, if charged) will be handled according to the original transaction and applicable rules.
4) How to request a refund or cancellation
Email [email protected] with: (a) the email used to purchase, (b) the product/plan name, (c) the order date/receipt (if available), and (d) a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5) Refund timelines
- If approved, we typically process refunds within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
6) Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback may delay resolution and could limit access to services during the investigation, subject to our Terms.
